SHIPPING TIME AND COST WITHIN POLAND

Order processing time

All products at CLODI premium lingerie are available in our warehouses.

Order processing time is up to 48 hours.

During busy periods (before holidays, promotions, sales) or in other special cases, processing time may be extended.

In the case of courier delivery, we are not responsible for delays resulting from the courier's fault or the inability to deliver the parcel due to the recipient's absence.

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed immediately after the payment has been credited and the product availability has been checked in advance.

Shipping cost – DPD Courier and InPost Parcel Lockers

Personal pickup at our stores FREE

Delivery by DPD courier, InPost courier, and to an InPost Parcel Locker within Poland for orders over 299.00 PLN FREE

The price list applies to shipments within Poland weighing up to 30 kg. The shipping cost for parcels exceeding the recommended weight is determined individually after contact from the Store.
